  Red Robin Greece location serves more excuses for why the food comes out wrong vs actually serving the food you ordered. When you have to send your burger back 3-4 times in order to have it made correctly it's a waste of time and product. The burger came out over cooked, black and as hard as a hockey puck. Missing ingredients that are in the burgers description. Then the 2nd time it came out with ingredients that weren't requested or in the description. The 3rd time it came out missing the key ingredients. After that we just gave up and settled. It has been terrible service at this location the last 4 times we have tried it. Webster is definitely a better location and I would rather drive all the way out there than the 5 minutes to this location. Service received from the server and runner were the only positive experience about it.
